You cannot save the world – it is quite enough (and worth a medal imho) if you manage to save yourself without harming anyone in the process.
When you are going through stressy times, be especially kind to yourself. Give yourself breaks and breathers. A 'to do' list doesn't have to be completed in a day! Ask yourself, how do you eat an elephant?! One bite at a time :)
Be kind. Be gentle. You'll get there. As for me – I've been doing urgent chores all day and so I'm off now down the beach for a lovely mindfulness walk and a cup of coffee with a view. I could get used to this self-kindness lark :o)
