There is always a choice...

Welcome to my page about Choose Kindness, my brand new book! This books contains reflections from my own journey towards a kinder way of being. Like many people, I had to learn how to take care of myself better the hard way, nearing burn-out in 2015. But it was a good lesson to learn and since then I have been deepening my practice of heart-centred awareness.

Check out the two lovely reviews below. I am very grateful for these kind words from readers.
The photographs featured in this book are the result of my mindfulness practice. Walking in Nature is something that always inspires me and I feel so fortunate to live in such a beautiful place as Christchurch, New Zealand. The short texts are designed to encourage reflection and stem from thoughts 'along the road'. My hope is that this book will be something to dip into and turn to when you feel like a little reminder of the beauty of this world. A reminder to take things slowly; live in the moment; and always treat yourself kindly.
